What makes RZE watches unique compared to other brands?
RZE specializes in ultra-tough, lightweight titanium timepieces. Every watch is coated with our proprietary UltraHex™ technology, which increases surface hardness to 1200Hv, making our watches significantly more scratch-resistant than standard stainless steel.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our watches globally. Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
How do I care for my titanium watch?
While our UltraHex™ coating provides superior protection, we recommend rinsing your watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chemicals. Use a soft cloth for cleaning and avoid exposing the mechanical movement to extreme magnetic fields.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
What kind of warranty comes with an RZE watch?
Every RZE timepiece comes with a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, hands, and case. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents.
Are the watch straps interchangeable?
Yes, most of our models feature standard lug widths (typically 20mm or 22mm), allowing you to easily swap between our titanium bracelets, FKM rubber straps, or hex-texture canvas straps to suit your style.
